HOW AI FITS IN
AI accelerates generation but creates a new responsibility: verifying logic and translating machine feedback into meaningful human experiences.
Preferred tool: ChatGPT + Claude + Codex + Firecrawl + OpenClaw
Earlier, secondary research was heavy and slow. Now I use AI agents, ChatGPT, and web-research tools like Firecrawl and OpenClaw to gather relevant secondary data, create industry-specific personas, simulate user conversations, and validate product direction faster.
SELECTED WORK
Each project is a different puzzle, but my approach stays the same: align people, process, and platforms to create measurable impact.

Building an AI-first aesthetic healthcare aggregator platform

Continuing hospital care through virtual consultation and RPM

Designing VFVI assistive spectacles for blind users

Designing B2B telecom workflows for enterprise SaaS
HOW MY CRAFT SHIFTED
Drag the slider — or click either end — to see how my focus moved from visual craft to systems thinking over 13 years.
My career started with visual design: typography, layout, brand assets, and interface polish.
Today I think of design as a shared operating system for teams. Good design clarifies what matters, makes trade-offs visible, and gives product teams the confidence to move. The UI is still important, but the deeper work is alignment: people, systems, workflows, and outcomes moving in the same direction.
Still evolving.
I am open to product design, UI/UX, design leadership, healthcare UX, SaaS, and AI-first design opportunities.
